Farm Fresh Eating Eggs

We currently offer our Farm Fresh Eating Eggs to locals! These eggs are packed with nutrition and laid by spoiled hens. We free-feed our ladies a high-quality all-natural mix of pellets to ensure they get all of the nutrition they need. In addition, they all free-range on 6+ acres daily, so they are able to peck and scratch to their heart’s content! Lots of sunlight, bugs, and seeds from the grass they graze make for large, rich, orange yolks that blow away any you have tried from the store.

We offer our eggs washed or unwashed. When washed, eggs MUST be refrigerated and last about 6 weeks from the date of collection. When left unwashed, the natural bloom that is deposited on the egg from the hen protects the egg from bacteria. These eggs can be left unrefrigerated, on a cool counter (and out of sun) for up to 4 months. Refrigerate your unwashed eggs to have them last even longer. Simply rub on your eggs under running water until clean when you are ready to use them. When in question, break your egg into a separate bowl from what you are cooking to look at it before use.

When checking out, ensure that you choose the “local pickup” shipping option and please put your preferred meeting location and date in the order notes. We meet in Middlesboro, KY on Wednesdays (you can find us at the Farmers Market on Cumberland Avenue between 3 and 7pm) or in Pineville, KY on Mondays and Fridays (time is flexible).
